- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 1/2 oranges cut in small pieces
- 1/2 avocado chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries steamed lightly (until they start to pop open)
- 4 tablespoons walnuts for the topping
dressing ingredients
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated real ginger

Instructions
For the salad
- After steaming the fresh cranberries, put all the ingredients on a bed of chopped greens.
For the dressing
- Combine all ingredients, whisking until well-blended.
