Ingredients
- 16 ounces silken or soft tofu NOT firm tofu, as the texture will not be smooth
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup organic real maple syrup
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Top with fresh or frozen fruit (i.e. bananas, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.). Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
- For best results, chill in refrigerator for an hour. But let's be honest: I couldn't wait that long, and I am none the worse for eating it immediately.
