  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Top with fresh or frozen fruit (i.e. bananas, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.). Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  3. For best results, chill in refrigerator for an hour. But let's be honest: I couldn't wait that long, and I am none the worse for eating it immediately.
