- 4 cups fresh greens chopped
- 3 cups fresh broccoli chopped
- 1 cup apple diced; fuji is especially good in this
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cherries or goji berries, or raisins
Dressing
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (optional) regular sesame oil works, but toasted is perfect
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp organic real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard

- Add broccoli, apple, walnuts and dried cherries in a bowl.
Dressing
- Whisk or stir together sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and dijon mustard.
- Pour over salad and stir to combine.
