Have you ever heard the saying, “Real change requires real change?”
It’s so simple yet so powerful.
If we want things to change, there needs to be a change in the way we live our lives. If you have a business that you want to see grow, you must implement new ways of doing things. If you keep on marketing in the same old ways, you’ll get the same old results.
If you keep running into the same relationship issues repeatedly, you need to change something about your approach, or you’ll get the same old results.
And if you want to see real change in your health, you must also change the habits you have in place, or you will continue to get the same old results.
The secret is found in the things you do daily.
Real change is not something you do once and, fingers-crossed, hope for the best. Real change involves persistence and discipline and consistent action.
The action may be small, or it may be massive. Either way, it must be consistent, persistent, and different than the action that wasn’t working in the past. Someone once said, “Insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results,” which leads back to the saying about real change.
You may have a strong desire to get your health in order. Maybe you bought all the veggies and new gym clothes and even some jogging shoes. But unless you get rid of the habits that aren’t serving you well – and adopt new ones that are – you won’t experience the change you’re hoping for.
Ask yourself,
“How badly do I want this?
How would my life be different if I made the necessary changes to get to the life I want?
What am I willing to change?
Why are these goals important to me?
What have I tried already that hasn’t worked?
What is standing in my way?
How can I get the help and support I need?”
These past 4-5 months of being home more often have been hard on all of us. Routines have changed, oftentimes not for the better… Jeans too tight, so it’s yoga pants 24/7, anyone? We’ve adopted new habits that aren’t serving us well. Stress is high and energy is low.
These are the things that I’ve been hearing from a lot of women in my community. Does this sounds like you? If so, know that you’re not alone.
I’ve heard you. In response, I’ve developed an online group program called Fast Track Your Health.
This 12-week intensive FOR WOMEN is designed to address the specific habits that will move you toward pants that fit, energy to do the things you love to do, and the calm to handle the craziness of life.
Real change requires real change. Are you ready? Let’s do this.
The clock is ticking. The class starts this THIS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2020. There’s still time to sign up, and if any of this resonates with you, I invite you to contact me.Just click on the button below. I’d love to hear your concerns and tell you more about this program.
